MailSafe Express is a service that allows travelers to scan a QR code, select items they accidentally brought before TSA, and ship them home. All content, software, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with MailSafe Express are the sole property of MailSafe Express.

2. Service Description

MailSafe Express is a service designed to help travelers who have accidentally brought prohibited items to TSA checkpoints. Our service allows users to:
  • Scan a QR code at TSA checkpoints
  • Select items they accidentally brought that are prohibited by TSA
  • Ship these items home safely and conveniently
  • Track the status of their shipment

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you will need to provide basic information. You agree to:
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use

4. Payment & Shipping

  • All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise
  • Payment is required to process your shipment
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Shipping details and cancellation policies are subject to our Refund and Dispute Policy

5. Shipping & Delivery

MailSafe Express works with shipping partners to deliver your items safely to your home address. Delivery times depend on shipping method selected and destination location.

  • Service availability depends on shipping partner coverage
  • Shipping logs are maintained according to our data retention policies

Users are responsible for ensuring that their shipping addresses are accurate and complete. MailSafe Express is not liable for undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses or shipping issues.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

  • MailSafe Express does not permanently store your personal information beyond what is necessary for shipping
  • Your information may be processed for analytics to improve our service
  • Our shipping partners maintain logs of shipments per their data policies
  • Contact information and shipping details are securely stored
  • We may collect anonymous usage data to improve our service

7. User Conduct

Users must not:
  • Use MailSafe Express for shipping prohibited or illegal items
  • Attempt to use our service for commercial purposes without authorization
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MailSafe Express be liable for:

  • Undelivered packages due to shipping issues or incorrect addresses
  • Damage to items during shipping
  • Any delays in shipping or delivery
  • Technical errors affecting service availability
  • Data processing, storage, or retention by our third-party service providers
  • Any indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of appropriate courts for the resolution of any disputes.

10. Service Cancellation

  • You may cancel your shipment at any time before it is processed

We have selected these service providers for their reliability and security standards, but we cannot control their data practices. By using MailSafe Express, you consent to the processing of your data by these third parties according to their respective policies.
